Raw Feeding
What is raw feeding?
Raw feeding means feeding your dog or cat a diet that mimics what they’d naturally eat in the wild — meat, bones, and organs — without fillers, additives, or grains.
Is raw feeding safe for puppies or kittens?
Yes! Raw feeding can begin as early as 3–4 weeks of age. We recommend smaller portions and more frequent meals, and we’re happy to help with guidance.
Do I need to add supplements?
Our raw food chubs are carefully formulated based on the recommended ratios of what dogs and cats should eat every day, following the 80/10/10 guideline (muscle meat, bone, and organ). They provide a nutritionally balanced base for your pet’s diet. However, we always recommend adding a good quality fish oil — such as cod liver oil or salmon oil — if you can. These natural supplements are packed with omega-3 fatty acids and can offer a wide range of health benefits, including promoting healthy skin and a shiny coat, supporting joint health, boosting the immune system, and aiding brain and heart function. Oils are also available here!
Can I mix raw with kibble?
We advise against mixing raw with kibble in the same meal due to different digestion times. If transitioning, do separate meals (e.g., raw in the morning, kibble at night).
Orders and Delivery
Where do you deliver to?
We currently deliver throughout Ireland. All orders are packed frozen to ensure freshness and arrive safely via courier.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are usually delivered within 1–3 working days. You'll receive tracking details once your order ships.
Can I collect my order in person?
Yes – if you’re local to us, you can select “Click and Collect” at checkout. We'll let you know when it’s ready.
Is there a minimum order value?
There’s no minimum, but orders over €50 qualify for free delivery!
Subscription Boxes
What’s included in a subscription box?
Each box contains a selection of our best-selling raw chubs. Choose between:
Small Box (28 chubs) – €71.68
Large Box (44 chubs) – €112.64
Can I exclude certain flavours?
Yes! There’s a note section at checkout where you can tell us which flavours you’d prefer to avoid.
How often will my box arrive?
You can choose how often you want to receive your box — monthly, every 4 weeks, or every 6 weeks.
Can I pause or cancel my subscription?
Absolutely. You're in full control. Just log into your account or contact us and we’ll take care of it.
Storage and Handling
How should I store my raw food?
Keep it frozen until you’re ready to defrost. Use a sealed container in the fridge and serve within 2–3 days after thawing.
How do I defrost the meals safely?
Defrost in the fridge overnight. Never leave raw food out at room temperature.
What happens if it arrives partially thawed?
Don’t worry — our food is packed to remain safe for 48 hours. As long as it’s still cold to the touch, you can refreeze it or feed it within 48 hours.
